Network / Internet system management 24/7: Troubleshoot network related issues at the Enterprise. Support users with internet connection.
Perform:
+ Configuration as required: SNMP, PPPoE, GRE VPN, NAT, ACL, HSRP, VRRP, QoS ...
+ Managing internet access bandwidth by device. Manage and monitor internet access bandwidth to recommend suitable packages. Manage and support Internet and WiFi troubleshooting. Actively contact the internet provider when having problems. LAN system installation, File sharing.
+ Survey, deploy network system as required. (Costs incurred)
+ Installation of additional WiFi equipment (additional costs).
+ Lending for replacement equipment (In case of damage, customers do not have replacement equipment)
Server administration: Ensuring that servers in the Enterprise operate 24/24
Perform:
+ Check logs, Check server status (CPU, RAM, HDDs)
+ Check the operation status of services, functions on the server,
+ Check, update anti-virus software, check backup
+ Handling arising errors (If any). Reinstall the operating system, the application. Backup configuration on demand
+ Configure, install the application as required (If any)
+ Period of regular implementation, Cleaning 6 months / time
