Formula Book: Hair Color Notes

Every client, every formula, one tap away while your gloves are still on.

Keep a card for each client: the color formula from last time, the before and after photos, the allergy flag and patch test dates, the price you charged, the note you left yourself for next visit. Saved on your phone. Backed up to files you own.

Built for independent stylists and colorists who rent a chair or a suite. No booking calendar, no marketplace, no monthly fee for features you already have elsewhere. Just the record of your work, findable in two seconds when a client sits down.

WHAT'S INSIDE
• Client cards with name, phone, tags, allergy flag and patch test history, and every visit underneath
• Formulas written the way you mix them, bowl by bowl: brand, shade, grams, developer, ratio, timing, zone. Or type a bowl free-hand when a form does not fit
• Shade catalog for the major professional color lines, built in. Add your own shades
• Before and after photos on every visit, side by side
• Repeat last visit: copy the previous formula and services, then change only what changed
• Saved formulas: your go-to toners and root mixes, ready for any client
• Bring clients over from Contacts or a CSV file
• Before and after photos as one shareable image
• Fingerprint or face unlock

BACKUPS YOU KEEP
Automatic snapshots go to a folder you choose, so they survive a lost phone. Export everything as one file whenever you like, and restore it on a new phone. Backup, export and import are never behind a paywall.

WORKS OFFLINE
No account, no server, no one else holding your book. Everything stays on your phone.
