2025-02-03	SU*****	I got a new broadband plan, but it never worked! The provider claimed installation was done, but when I checked, no internet! I called countless times, yet no solution. One says the plan is active, another says it’s not. Some say installation is fine, others blame the router or a fault. No clear answer! It’s been two days, and nothing works. Terrible service! No proper response, just excuses. I regret choosing them. Avoid this provider! If I could, I’d give zero
