This is a tool that makes low-resolution videos on online streaming sites look clearer. After installing it, when users open a 720p or lower resolution video on a supported website, it will automatically start working (if your graphics card is decent, you can try changing this setting to 1080p in the extension's icon menu on the right side of the browser). In most cases, no additional action is needed — you can watch online videos just as you normally would.

It doesn't always produce great results. In fact, I think it works best on videos that are at least 720p. For videos with lower resolutions, due to the lack of detail, the effect gradually diminishes and may even produce worse results. That's why I've added a disable option at the bottom of the video interface. If you find that some videos look worse than the original, you can temporarily disable it. This option takes effect in real time, so you can also toggle it on and off to compare the difference.

The preview images were all captured from 720p source videos. As you can see, the effect is quite noticeable for both realistic and anime-style content.

This extension has certain requirements for graphics card performance. The higher the video resolution, the higher the GPU usage — this is something to keep in mind. If you're using an integrated graphics card, this extension may be quite demanding.
