greenDocs

greenDocs is an application for managing electronic document workflows between businesses and individual clients. Businesses can prepare and send contracts, minutes, appendices, applications, notices, and other documents for online review, approval, or signing.

For business employees:
- View incoming and outgoing envelopes, processing status, participants, and deadlines.

- Search documents, filter lists, and save frequently used filters.

- Create envelopes from templates or without templates; add PDF, DOCX, XLSX files, or create PDFs from photos taken with the camera/library.

- Select recipients and set up approval steps, confirmation of view, or signature before sending.

- Open envelope details to view the PDF file, data fields, comments, and each step of the process.

- Complete assigned tasks: approve, confirm view, sign, or reject as the process allows.

- Save, export, open with other applications, or share document files.

- Update profile and notification options.

For document recipients:

- Open the shared link to view the document and perform the task according to granted permissions.

- Fill in required fields, select or draw a signature, and confirm or reject the task.

- Use SMS code or selfie image for authentication when required.

Depending on the organization's configuration, the application also supports FPT digital signatures. The application has a Vietnamese interface, light/dark mode, and local locking via PIN or biometrics on the device.

The functions displayed depend on account permissions, workbox, role, and organizational process configuration. The work area requires an organization-provided greenDocs account and an internet connection; tasks via shared links may not require login.
