Difficult to use. Have to keep repeating. Spent 2 hours. Then said all completed. Then 2 days later says not completed. Very frustrating and useless. This is my third occasion to use it. Have given up each tIme and driven 35 miles each way to get verified at solicitors. Dreadful.
