Stomcat is a mobile app from the Stomcat platform for dental clinic staff. Everything you need on the go—with your phone in hand between offices.

SCHEDULE
• Daily appointments by office: statuses, notes, doctor in the office header
• Quick appointment card: call the patient, remind them of their appointment, start the appointment
• Create and transfer appointments, appointment list with filters

PATIENTS
• Patient card: appointments, treatment plan, dental records, files, and documents
• Treatment plans with stages: approval, marking of completed work directly during the appointment
• Patient debts and balances are immediately visible, payment receipt is in the appointment card
• Telegram link for automatic appointment reminders

AI ADMINISTRATOR
• Handles correspondence with patients: answers questions about the clinic and services
• Selects a doctor and available time and creates an appointment request – the receptionist only needs to confirm
• Works 24/7 and transfers complex questions to a live administrator

COMMUNICATION
• Patient messages from Telegram and Instagram – in one window
• All AI administrator's correspondence is visible: you can intercept a conversation at any time.

The app is designed for clinic staff connected to the Stomcat platform (stomcat.uz). To log in, you need an employee account—the clinic manager creates one by sending an invitation. The full version for administrators and managers (finances, analytics, salaries) is available in the web dashboard.
