Mahalla AI

Mahalla AI is a digital management platform for the Mahalla Association of Uzbekistan. Mahalla chairmen, members of the "mahalla seven", district and regional departments and Association staff run their daily work in one app.

KEY FEATURES

• AI assistant
Ask a question and the system writes the answer — it streams letter by letter, conversations are tied to your profile and continue on any device. You can attach images. For legal questions it searches official sources (lex.uz and others) and includes links in the answer.

• Document analysis
Upload an official document and the system reviews it: it finds spelling and style errors, contradictions inside the document (mismatched dates, numbers, sums), or drafts a formal reply letter. PDF, Word, Excel and other formats are supported.

• Data warehouse
Daily, weekly and monthly reports and completed assignments are collected in one place, as text and files. A summary analysis is produced for any period.

• Surveys
Questions are generated automatically from a task, recipients are selected by role and territory, and results are shown as charts with an overall conclusion.

• Map of mahallas
Find the mahalla assembly building: address, phone, working hours, photos and contacts of the "seven". The map is open without signing in.

• My mahalla
Citizens can see the "seven" of their mahalla and their phone numbers.

WHO USES IT

Users do not register themselves — an authorised officer at the level above creates the account and hands over the login and password. Everyone sees only their own scope: a chairman sees their mahalla, a district officer their district, a regional officer their region.

The app is adapted for phones and tablets and works in light and dark themes.
