Groop

Groop is a digital platform for musicians and bands that aims to simplify daily musical organization. The app allows users to coordinate rehearsals, shows, attendance, internal communication, setlists, files, reminders, and financial tracking all in one place.

It's designed to help bands stop organizing themselves haphazardly through various chats, calendars, and spreadsheets, and instead provide a centralized tool to manage everything related to their musical activity.

Within Groop, users can confirm attendance at rehearsals or events, receive reminders, organize songs and versions using digital setlists, view income per event or per month, track basic attendance and progress statistics, and connect their schedule with Google Calendar.

In addition, Groop includes JamSpace, a connection space for musicians where users can discover and contact other artists based on instrument, style, and interests. It also includes Scene, a section focused on discovering events and staying connected to the music scene.

The platform offers different plans: Garage, a free version for bands just starting out; Studio, a monthly plan with advanced features like in-house chat, revenue tracking, access to JamSpace, ad removal, and AI analytics; and Arena, a more comprehensive annual plan with additional benefits, priority support, and early access to new features.

In short, Groop functions as an all-in-one tool for bands and musicians: it organizes the band's internal operations, improves coordination among members, facilitates rehearsal and show planning, and simultaneously connects musicians with new opportunities within the music scene.
