2024-05-02	Je*****	I really wish there was a separate tab for digital holds & digitally checked out items instead of mixing them with your physical holds & checked out materials. For people like me who have lots of things checked out both ways, it's too much. 5 stars again when their separate.

2024-03-25	Je*****	This app is bad and the support is even worse. The app wouldn't install so I reached out the developer, Solus UK, and they wouldn't take my bug report since I wasn't a known contact from the library staff authorized to submit a trouble ticket. What?! I'm just a user trying to tell you that your app doesn't work. Now the app installs but hangs on the splash screen. I have to clear the app cache every time I want to try to use the app. I'm not even going to bother with their support. Uninstalled!

2023-02-08	Ni*****	Unusable. So excited about the idea of this app, but I can't even get into it because every time I open it, an error comes up saying it can't connect to server. I know I have good internet connection, so it's definitely on their end. Please fix!
