2024-09-22	*****	This app/website won't let me register my new card. Hard to use something if the registration page won't even load to give me access to my account. Keeps giving an 'invalid username/ pin' message, but won't direct me to the registration page to create my pin... So it's basically worthless.

2023-02-07	Th*****	MUCH prefered the old app. This one was okay, but I updated it and now I'm constantly getting a "Cannot connect to catalogue provider" error whenever I try to look something up.

2022-11-01	Al*****	I am an avid user of the library and often use their app for pick up. The previous app was far better. They keep saying the app designer is working on adding more features. All the things I saved for later in the previous app is gone, which is horrible considering the search feature is garbage on this app. Website sucks too. Honestly feels like they went this route because they are low on money and/or trying to cut costs to let some board members get their inflated salaries/raises. Utter trash.

I haven't actually used it at the library yet, but I like seeing the options available on the app. I like the idea of being able to check out physical books without having to go to the front desk or a kiosk. I also like the isbn scanner option because if I see a book at the store that I'm interested in, it makes it easier for me to search for it at the library right away. This is great. The only drawback I'm seeing so far is that I can't pay my fines through the app yet.
