2024-02-12	Mi*****	Customre support doesn't exist! App bags a lot. For the l6ast 12 hours, I am in the sleep mode, but the app is in the drive mode and shows how I drive 12 mph. I can't change the shift status, and I can't do anything. Whenever you call the support number, they do not work. I'm stuck in the middle of nowhere, and there is nothing that can be done!
