Shocking app!! Paid my subscription fee 10 hrs ago, but the app has not registered my payment or subscription! Also says my device (android) is not file-encrypted so won't work with the app.... could have warned that beforehand!! I mailed support but still no response. In response to their eventual reply here. The feature I paid for offers no added features above the free basic version, and on start-up still presents a window with text saying my device is not file-encrypted. Both are Android!!

Really bad. I have literally lost all of my patient data after the app closes everytime I try to open a patient file. I have emailed customer support twice and received no response despite the claim that they will reply within 24 hours. I would advise against using this app as it's too much of a risk for something so important and there has been no help in recovering files which ultimately affects my business and my ability to treat my patients. Would get 0 if it was possible.
