User Reviews
"Automatically shows the full URL when hovering over a shortened URL."
True if the URL shortener is bit.ly or tinyurl.com and those 2 ONLY.
I don't call such an extension a URL expander when it handles 2 (TWO) shorteners when dozens and more exist.
Call that 'URL Limited Expander' if you wish, and let not users waste their time.

Is URL Expander Safe?
Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.
URL Expander requires a few sensitive permissions. Exercise caution before installing.
