HR information and services (pay slips, income statements, timekeeping, employment declarations, requests and protocols, among others) are processed by the official payroll and HR systems of each municipality. When you select your municipality in the application, the link to the official portal (.gov.br) of the corresponding municipality is displayed. The application serves permanent, commissioned, contracted, retired and pensioned employees, bringing together in one place everything you need to resolve with your municipality.

SECURE ACCESS
Log in with your CPF (Brazilian tax identification number) and password, with two-step verification (6-digit code) and biometric support. If you have more than one employment record or registration number, switch between them with just a few taps (multi-registration).

SERVER PANEL
Right on the home screen you see a summary of your employment status: last payslip, upcoming events and important HR notices.

PAYSLIP
View your pay stubs by period, monthly payslip, 13th salary and vacation pay, see detailed earnings and deductions and download the PDF whenever you want.

INCOME STATEMENT
Issue your annual income statement (for income tax purposes) and download the PDF at any time.

TIME RECORD
Track your time entries, view your time sheet and see the result of the period's calculation (hours worked, absences, lateness and time bank).

EMPLOYMENT STATEMENT
Issue a statement proving your employment with the city hall, with a signed and verifiable QR Code.

DIGITAL ID BADGE
Present your digital employee ID badge with a signed QR Code, always at hand.

REQUESTS AND PROTOCOLS
Open HR requests (vacations, leaves, absences, and other requests) with attachments, track each step through the timeline, and schedule in-person appointments by choosing the service, date, and available time.
