By integrating IoT technology with high-precision sensors, it enables real-time monitoring of battery status, analysis of charging and discharging behavior, and intelligent management of tools. Core functions include battery health monitoring, abnormality alarms, optimization of charging and discharging habits, directional object search, and induction lock safety protection, helping users improve work efficiency, extend equipment life, and ensure personal safety.
1. Real-time monitoring of battery status and abnormality alarms
High-precision sensors collect key battery parameters, display the following data in real time, and trigger graded alarms:
(1) SOC (remaining power): percentage display, low battery (<15%) red alarm.
(2) Voltage monitoring:
① Charging overvoltage (> set threshold, such as 4.35V)
② Discharging undervoltage (< set threshold, such as 3.0V)

Statistical law analysis: Generate daily/weekly/monthly charge and discharge reports, and mark abnormal events (such as the number of overcharges and high-temperature periods).
Intelligent assessment of user habits, for example:
"Frequent charging in low-temperature environments, it is recommended to move indoors."
"Discharge to undervoltage before charging, it is recommended to maintain the 20%-80% range to extend life."
Improvement suggestions: Provide personalized operation guidance based on historical data to optimize battery usage efficiency. 3. Intelligent tool management

Accurate identification: Use Bluetooth 5.3 technology to locate the tool in real time (accuracy <1 meter).
One-click paging: Click the "Search" button in the App and the tool will beep. The closer the distance, the faster the beep.
(2) Sensor lock safety protection
Automatic lock when away: When the tool is disconnected from the mobile phone Bluetooth and exceeds the distance (such as the operator leaves the safe area), the following protections are automatically triggered:
(1) Discharge is prohibited to prevent accidents from causing danger.
