Application of the National Union of Educators. National Union (UNE-SN), which was founded on April 30, 1992, at the Constituent General Congress, held at Quinta Ykuá Satí, with this begins the process of organizing the educators sector, within the line of thought that sustains the National Workers' Center (CNT), in order to advocate broad cooperation with all people and institutions to achieve better living and working conditions for all workers and especially for the Education Workers of our beloved country.
