Underbite is a Firefox add-on that redirects Gopher URLs to a themed Floodgap Gopher proxy.

Required permissions:

Access to <a href="https://prod.outgoing.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/v1/964bbbd26b5c30293755b310f7ebae1676279df71fdeb48e55efe810a700a7f7/https%3A//gopher.floodgap.com/gopher/gw.lite" rel="nofollow">https://gopher.floodgap.com/gopher/gw.lite</a>: To theme and communicate with the proxy.
Access to bookmarks: To set bookmark URLs correctly.
Access to history: To set history URLs correctly (gopher://... instead of moz-extension://...).
