Urban Cleaning

Urban Cleaning is the customer and authorised workforce app for managing professional cleaning services from booking through to completion.

Customers can:
• Browse house cleaning, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, oven cleaning and specialist services
• Create a tailored service request and choose an available time
• Pay securely by card and use Urban Cleaning account credit
• View upcoming and completed bookings
• View assigned cleaner details, completed checklists and staff photos where available
• Manage addresses, access instructions and account information
• Contact the Urban Cleaning team for support

Authorised cleaners and operations staff can:
• View assigned jobs and service requirements
• Open routes and update job progress
• Complete job checklists
• Upload before-and-after evidence
• Report issues and communicate with the office

For authorised cleaners only, Urban Cleaning may collect location data while an assigned job is en route, arrived or in progress, including when the app is closed or not in use. This enables route support, attendance confirmation and job safety. Tracking starts only after the cleaner begins the route and grants permission, and stops when the active job ends. Customer accounts are not tracked in the background. Location is never used for advertising.

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Urban Cleaning does not store complete payment-card details. Account credit can only be redeemed against Urban Cleaning services.
