Downloaded this app a year ago but didn't get to use it until this year. I used it to do my tax returns just becote the deadline this year. It was a seamless process from beginning to end. Found it easy to use- filling in details and uploading documents. There is a human touch to it as well as I could message staff with queries and replies are usually quick - during working hours. They were helpful. There's so much to o on the app besides filing a tax return. I'll highly recommend this app

Loaded app with high expectations. Unfortunately I can't enter anything with the 'Quick Add' feature. I'm guessing the app requires you to sign up to one of their paid services before the app becomes functional? It would help if the app gave you a message, if this is the case!
