Tabibi Project - A Comprehensive Healthcare Platform

Project Introduction: Tabibi is an integrated electronic medical platform aiming to revolutionize the healthcare sector in Iraq. The system connects patients, physicians (both general practitioners and dentists), and laboratories in a secure and seamless digital environment. Built for offline operation as a Progressive Web Application (PWA), the system features interfaces supporting both dark and light modes, and is available in Arabic and English.

First: Patient Features:

Smart Booking: An advanced search system with precise filters (governorate, specialty, clinic). Patients can enter their medical history, medications, and upload images of medical tests. An algorithm automatically compresses images (WebP format) before uploading to conserve data.

Smart Assistant (AI): A virtual medical assistant with AI capabilities that answers medical inquiries and analyzes report images. To ensure efficiency and minimize costs, a Smart Caching system is implemented to retrieve previously encrypted answers if they are recent. Real-time Chat: Direct communication between patients and clinics, supporting the sending of text, images, documents (PDFs), and audio.

Visitor Bookings: The system allows visitors to book appointments without needing to create an account.

Second: Clinic and Laboratory Management:

Comprehensive Dashboards: Integrated management of the waiting list, medical records, inventory and medications, suppliers, attendance records, and financial accounts.

Advanced Access Control System (RBAC): The ability to assign encrypted and independent access codes (PINs) to secretaries and assistants with customized permissions (such as restricting access to financial accounts) to ensure maximum data confidentiality.

GPS Location: Accurately captures clinic coordinates via React Leaflet and directs patients using Google Maps.

Laboratory Pricing Management: Customizes medical test lists with their prices, enabling patients to select tests and see the total cost before booking.

Third: Infrastructure and Technologies:

Front-end: Built with a modern and fully responsive user experience.

Database: Relying on an interactive database with local synchronization enabled to ensure users retain access to their data even during internet outages.

Security and Authentication: The system integrates features to ensure all requests are trustworthy. Sensitive data, such as access codes (PINs), is processed on servers and encrypted, not stored as plaintext. The system also features an exponential backoff mechanism that temporarily suspends accounts upon detecting repeated incorrect login attempts.

Cloud Servers: All sensitive logic operations (such as code verification, AI integration, and expired ad cleaning) are processed via cloud servers to isolate the programming logic and protect the keys.

Storage: For highly flexible management and uploading of tests and files.

Conclusion: By seamlessly integrating encryption technologies, artificial intelligence, and a user-friendly experience, "Tabibi" sets a cutting-edge software standard for medical systems, effectively contributing to the digitization of the healthcare sector and saving time and effort for medical staff and patients.
