Worst ever company i have experienced. Showed £23 -26 at booking time, Charged for waiting, moreover, William (driver) of skoda octavia took me to longest route to make extra. I eventually had to pay 42£ Worst experienced, should get refund for injustice.

App no longer works on my phone so rang up for a taxi. The automated system said it would be 10 minutes. No taxi came. Ended up being late for a hospital appointment and almost missed it completely. Had to beg them to still see me. Not what I need when I have heart failure. Won't be using you again.
