Recent reviews

The issue with the app is that once the driver accepts the job, the car icon used to move on the map, showing that the car is on its way to the point of pick up then on to the destination. Unfortunately, it no longer does this. The user has to manually update the position of the car by constantly tapping on their address. Otherwise, it appears that it hasn't moved at all.

Since they took over Callback Taxis, it's gone really downhill. You can be waiting around for up to 30 mins for a taxi if you live in the Wirral. And at night time you've got no chance at all. I think they only have a small handful of drivers now. Also, some drivers won't accept your fare if its too short a distance and they feel it's not worth their time. They accept the job then reject it. Also Google Pay has been removed as a payment method for the second time which sets off alarm bells
