HuddleCare

Huddle Care is a workforce app for UK domiciliary care agencies and the carers, clients, and managers they support. It is designed for invited users of agencies that subscribe to the Huddle Care platform — it is not a consumer app and you cannot use it without an agency invitation.

Whether you are a carer in the field, a manager coordinating a team, or a client receiving care, the app gives you the right view of the day in front of you, with everything synchronised to your agency's back office in real time.

FOR CARERS
- See your visit rota for today and the week ahead at a glance
- Check in and out with QR code, NFC tag, or GPS — your agency chooses what they trust
- Tick off care tasks as you do them, with optional photos and notes
- Record medication administration against an electronic MAR chart
- Log clinical observations: temperature, blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar and more
- Capture body-map entries for wounds, pressure areas, and skin concerns
- Write secure diary notes that the office and authorised family can see
- Message the office, swap visits with colleagues, and request leave
- Receive push notifications for rota changes, urgent updates, and visit reminders
- Works offline — anything you record while out of signal syncs as soon as you're back online

FOR CLIENTS AND FAMILY
- View upcoming visits and recent visit history
- See diary notes the carer has chosen to share
- Message the office about anything that needs attention
- Authorised family members can view care updates via a secure, time-limited portal link issued by the agency

PRIVACY AND SAFETY
- All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
- Location is captured only at check-in and check-out — never tracked continuously
- The camera is used only to scan QR codes or attach photos to visits, when you choose to
- Face ID, Touch ID, and fingerprint unlock supported where the device offers them

GETTING ACCESS
Huddle Care is only available to people invited by a registered UK care agency. If your employer or care provider uses Huddle Care, they will send you an invitation email with sign-in details.
