Partly useful app for a totally unreliable delivery service. Tracked the van to within 2 stops and then they updated status to property not found. The postcode literally takes you to the door! Used the app to live chat the next day (as status updated after 8pm). Usual not committal discussion via chat and "download transcript" simply doesn't work. The app is partly useful but a delivery service that claims the driver couldn't find an address beggars belief.

States everywhere that this app allows you to upload a photo of your safe place... It does not. There is no option anywhere within the app that will allow you to do this. The app doesn't give any extra features than what is available online without having an account.
