Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail within 2-4 days from Well’s online pharmacy based in Stoke-on-Trent. Currently, the service is available exclusively for customers residing in England. Well Repeat provides a hassle-free experience, eliminating the need to visit or call GPs and streamlining prescription management all in one place.

It's fine so far, it has one major fault that I cannot seem to get resolved in that, personally, I've never encountered any medication that wasn't issued monthly or 4 weekly and yet they seem completely incapable of advising me at the right time that my prescription is due. They will only do it after 2 weeks which is a complete waste of time cos I'm halfway through my prescription but they don't inform me when it is due.

Don't use this app it used to be really good and useful as I have to have monthly repeat prescriptions but since the AI bit got added it's become so hard to reorder, whoever developed this app though it was a great idea to cover the yellow button with a bot and you have to use that yellow button for everything so can't even do a reorder
