Currently, the service is available exclusively for customers residing in England. Well Repeat provides a hassle-free experience, eliminating the need to visit or call GPs and streamlining prescription management all in one place.

Don't use this app it used to be really good and useful as I have to have monthly repeat prescriptions but since the AI bit got added it's become so hard to reorder, whoever developed this app though it was a great idea to cover the yellow button with a bot and you have to use that yellow button for everything so can't even do a reorder

Not the most reliable app. When it works properly it's perfect, but I've had increasing problems with the GPs saying they've not received the order and the app still stating it's been sent to them for approval. Even recently had the GPs say they've approved and sent to pharmacy but the app was still saying that it's been sent for approval. In the end the app says the order has been cancelled even though I've already collected it from the pharmacy!
