2024-12-26	Ge*****	The app & web login are pretty pointless. You can't see your account information or what your membership entitles you to. You can't see what off peak hours are. You can't see when your contract starts and ends. You can no longer freeze for less than a month or at any time other than a whole calendar month. Membership is expensive. The offering is mid. The pool and the staff are nice at my local gym but just nice isn't worth the price of membership. The app won't let me log in.

2024-12-09	Ca*****	Not very enthusiastic about this app redesign. Very complicated to keep on track of bookings. Still haven't found a way to look at past bookings either. Not intuitive at all! Also i visited the gym 3 times last week and none of my visits were registered, which is not ideal for this new rewards system!

2024-12-05	An*****	The app isn't too bad, I can book classes easily and see what position I'm in. Since the newest update, the app doesn't track the times/classes I've been to each week, so I have no access to rewards.

2024-11-25	Ja*****	Terrible app. Many issues with it not recording attendance properly which impacts your fitness goals and motivation and staff cannot fix it. Language used is unclear eg visits actually means days and expiry dates are misleading. Poor user experience.

Layout of the new app is unintuitive with too many graphics and very little information. Needs to be simplified. Update: 1 April 24, in app workouts no longer work, show invalid video URL App has stopped working for Google Pixel 7 completey, crashes on opening

2024-11-01	Ad*****	What a load of rubbish since your major update a few months back. Always keeps claiming password is wrong, can only resolve by reinstalling the app each time, this needs resolving. Even this doesn't resolve issues anymore by reinstalling again. This needs dealing with seeing as you are promoting this app as a member benefit.

2024-10-30	Ki*****	OK, might need to be improved to be a bit more intuitive and simplified. Difficult to find total reward points and level, a bit of difficulty find the guest passes. The App resets and I have to speak to reception to help me, or find the details that contain long numbers to reenter the app. You can't cancel a workout right after it starts ☺️

2024-10-24	Ka*****	Password doesn't work properly when trying to login. It doesn't remember from Google on the first screen, and where you enter your password doesn't hide what you are putting and it comes up on predictive text which it shouldn't.
