CREATE ACCOUNT & LOG IN
Create an account using the email address you provided when taking out the policy. Once your account is created, log in any time to manage your policy or get in touch.

VIEW & MANAGE YOUR POLICY
The Tom app is the best place to view your policy details. If you spot anything that needs changing or have any questions about your cover, you can get in touch via the app to let us know.

DOWNLOAD YOUR DOCUMENTS
We’ll always store your policy documents in the app, but don’t forget to download them for your own safekeeping too – and make sure you let your loved ones know where they are!
