2024-09-03	ex*****	Decent for my first year. However I have a problem. I've switched insurance and need to log in to this app for some reasons and I am permanently stuck on the loading screen. Decent fir driving but has way too many issues if anyone knows how to fix this issue would be a big help

2024-08-10	Ax*****	Just in terms of the app itself it's not bad per say but recently the "ready to connect for your journey" notification will not go away, if i dismiss it then it will just come back minutes later. This is incredibly infuriating for me since I hate to see notifications constantly on my phone. Other than that I've had no issues, I do wish the app supplied actual feedback on your driving too but it is what it is.

2024-05-30	er*****	first year i went with ticker was absolutely fine no issues, had a renewal in feb and cldnt get box connected, got sent a new box in april and same issue cant connect. got told tech support was looking into this issue yet keep getting threatening emails that they are going to cancel my policy, despite it not being my fault box will not connect. now in a constant state of stress i will lose my policy and therefore the no claims discount ive built up, will not be choosing ticker for next renewal

The road in question changes to national speed limit and the location they provided was in the national speed limit area. When questioned they provided two alternative locations. So which is it? Avoid avoid avoid!

2024-03-06	Jo*****	The app is OK, it runs fine and haven't had any of the crashes people were talking about. But, the updates are soo few and far between. So much so that I don't know the box is working, makes it very hard to track millage and driving etc. Doesn't give any feedback regarding driving habits. Although, the customer service is quite good, always get back to you quickly. Overall not bad.

2024-02-03	ch*****	Updated the app. Now when I try to log in it says my email address is "invalid". It's the same one Ticker sent emails to! And their customer service is supposed to be available on Saturday 9 - 5 but they are offline "til Monday". It's only 10:44am right now! The app is unavailable and the customer service is unavailable too.
