I'm a new customer to Tesco mobile as of a this week, my SIM is activated with no issues including a ported number. however I cannot for the life of me sign into this app. I get the activation code put it in, get as far as biometric login Page but the SECOND i click "ok" it looks me back to requesting the activation OTP and keeps doing the same thing. please help or fix this
