very tedious process of having to constantly reinput information you've already given is a pain. If I've been registered with you for a number of years then why do you need my postcode, address and credit card details again and again?

This app is absolutely awful. Since I have been forced to use the app, I set it up, my top up money comes out of my bank but does not top up my phone, have to put in details several times to work. Wasted a lot of time trying to put on top ups and stressing as I also rely on this for work communication. customer service were not helpful. I will be changing supplier, which is a shame as I have been with tesco for years and always been happy with service.
