Sonen: Sleep & Focus

Reset Your Rhythm: Generated. Live. Offline.

Sonen makes its sound while you listen. Nothing is a recording: every pad, every drop of rain and every note is generated on your phone, live, and it never plays the same way twice.

Choose how you feel - Rest, Renew, Flow, Balance, Melodic, Move or Liminal - and Sonen builds the sound for that moment. Each mode has its own soundscapes and its own moving picture, drawn to the sound as it plays.

Liminal is the newest: somewhere between places - warm, familiar, and not quite right. It is a members’ mode, and anyone can hear three minutes of it first.

What’s inside: brown, pink and white noise; rain, embers and distant water; binaural and isochronic beats; ambient pads, melody and rhythm - all generated on your phone as you listen.

Tune it as you go. Move across the pad to make it brighter or dimmer, sparser or denser. Turn the breath dial and the picture opens and settles at the rate you choose - nothing to count, nothing to read.

Made for the night as much as the day. Sonen plays with the screen off and answers the lock-screen controls. Set the sleep timer and the last minutes thin out and dim rather than stopping dead. Gentle Wake brings the morning in slowly - the night held quietly, then a sunrise made of sound.

It all works offline. Once Sonen is on your phone, it needs no connection to play.

Every mode carries a slow beat at its own rate - binaural on headphones, an isochronic pulse on any speaker.

Try it free. Sessions of 20 minutes cost nothing and need no account. Membership is for when Sonen becomes part of your day: unlimited sessions, the full sleep timer and Gentle Wake, your settings on every device you sign in on, and every new mode the day it arrives.

No questionnaire, no empty promises. Have a listen and see how you feel.
