2023-09-05	Na*****	The app itself is great but it's not available to use in the mornings, and if you try to use it then it logs you out and forgets your details, so you have to look them up before using it when the service finally comes back online. If it was usable in the mornings I would give 5 stars.

2022-11-17	He*****	Frustrating When it worked it worksled brilliantly. But it has logged me out and I have to resign in. However I keep getting an error message saying 'incomplete package' despite putting my details in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but still can not access it. I have contacted the library but no response. So I can't use the app. For an avid reader and supporter of the library service this is very frustrating.

2022-08-23	Ra*****	The search has gone wappy. What ever I put in it says, no items have matched my search terms, even books that I have on loan or books that I've got reservations on.. Put in autobiographies and up came, no items matched my search terms. Have uninstalled and reinstalled, turn off/on, restart but still the problem with search. Used Scan ISBN barcode on the book I've have borrowed and up came,no items matched my search terms.

2022-07-11	Ri*****	Good Quick Reference App Easy to reserve books and check due dates etc. Useful Loan History - could be greatly improved with search - to see books already read by specified author or subject etc. Main website is much better - as it also allows sorting by author title subject etc.
