I have no idea if the app is working or crashing. It looks and acts poorly. I think you would find it beneficial to use a real programming consultant on designing the app (heck, use the people that did your website, its quick, easy and informative!) then integrate smarttile into your API. Letting smarttile develop your app seems bad. Their usage for door opening is ideal but their broader app dev skills are lacking...app feels like it's not ready to even be in Beta let alone full release.
