Case Security FSM

Case Security FSM is a private field service management app used by Case Security Ltd's manned-guarding field engineers to log site visits, record patrols, scan asset NFC tags, and complete safety inspections.

This is a B2B operational tool - not a consumer app. It is intended for authorised employees of Case Security Ltd. Access requires login credentials issued by Case Security; the public cannot create accounts.

KEY FEATURES

- Job allocation - see today's assigned site visits, navigate via GPS
- NFC tag scanning - tap CCTV cameras and other security assets to record their unique serial automatically (no manual typing)
- Barcode scanning - read product barcodes via the device camera
- Photo capture - attach photos to job reports and project records
- Offline drafts - fill in records without signal; uploads automatically when back online
- PDF reports - generate, share and email job reports straight from the device
- Project records - Inspections, PPM, install records and other structured forms per project
- Time and location logging - clock-in/clock-out with route history while on shift, with the engineer's consent

LOCATION DATA

This app collects location data to record timesheet entries, route history and a live engineer-on-map view for dispatch, while you are clocked in and have granted permission. The app does not collect location data when you are clocked out. Permission can be revoked at any time in the device settings.

Case Security FSM is built on Sivva, a UK-hosted multi-tenant field service platform operated by Sivva Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 17226179; ICO registration 00014129652).
