I did enjoy this app, great programming. However I found quite alot of exercises didn't have videos (coming soon) or if you were asked to row or bike but you didn't have access to one or the other you could swap it. However it would often just spin as though it was loading and never load (bug). Emailed letting them know and got nothing back. Fully behind Mike and his fitness vision, just the app got quite frustrating and I ended up ceasing with it and finding another programme.

One of, if not the best coaching app on the market, Mike and his team have done an amazing job with the app, following the programme they set out has allowed me to go from a 40min + 5km to under 28min in only a couple of months, in addition to these milestones the increase in strength has been incredibly noticeable, trust the process and the results speak for themselves
