Already using the facility on my PC and have a sign on. Thought I'd use it on my smartphone to save logging stuff on the supplied paper notebook and transferring it but got the message "Your account is not valid on the mobile version of the diary." So that was a waste of time. Not a big deal as I'm only doing it for a week, but dislike stuff that works less than perfectly.

Installed to take part in a survey on radio use which turned out to be just a way that IPSO could pester me with market research phone calls. The app is useless. Once I'd set up the diary, every time I went to sign in it rejected my saved password. I tried resetting it but it still rejected it. I emailed the help centre and got sent a request to change the password. Back into the cycle of refusing passwords. Rubbish! Stuff the survey and the £5 gift card. Scam and waste of time.
