Frequent login issues and difficulty in accessing accounts
App often slow to open or does not load beyond the initial screen
Problems with updating vehicle details and inaccuracies in vehicle information

Excessive spam notifications without an option to disable

I never knew this app existed. It certainly covers every eventuality. The app is easy to use and offers a lot. I've given the app 4 stars mainly because I've not had to use it yet in a breakdown situation so I can't speak from experience in terms of call out time etc.

I am the primary account holder & can log in but the app login will not work on either of my husband's devices. The date of birth scroll down options immediately reset back to 1st Feb. Therefore he cannot use the app. Very frustrating.
