The app is good when it works but everyday I have issues where equipment will not load and sometimes have to wait up to 5-10 minutes for it to load so I can complete a job. I have had other bugs where phrases won't appear and phrases won't save. Other issues include when signing off jobs customer names won't appear again, sometimes whole jobs won't appear at all, you can not change store to book out parts from different stores when on the app but only can on the desktop version.

Crash crash crash Update - I have never before had the misfortune to be forced to use such a buggy useless piece of software . It logs itself out more than once per day and is the bane of my life . Avoid at all costs .
