Pill Logger: Use this app and you'll never forget when you last took medicine, all with NO ADVERTS!

With Pill Logger you can:
• add your medication - using your own description
• customise the dosage
• record each time you take medicine
• export your usage history as a CSV
• set reminders
• create custom widgets to record your dosage with a single touch
• accurately track and display your medication over time
• view charts displaying your medicine history

Pay to unlock:
- Backups & CSV exporting
- Unlimited users, track your spouse or children's medication usage all within the same app.

It takes just a few moments to add a new medicine (including name, dosage & identifying colour) to your library. Once added, you can quickly and simply record each time you take your medicine. If you forget, you can enter it later.

With the ability to export your usage history as a CSV, with customisable filters to export only the time-frame and meds that you want to.

You can choose to set reminders, either by date and time or in so many hours’ time. You can also create a widget that records the medicine and dosage with a single touch.

Pill Logger will track your medication usage over an unlimited period and, with a dedicated statistics page, show medicine history. At a glance you can see:
• Most taken medicine
• Distribution across the day
• Distribution across the week

With more features planned in the near future including:
• Sync between your Android phone and tablet

Pros

Simple and intuitive interface that effectively logs medications
No ads, providing a clean and unobtrusive user experience
Flexible medication tracking, including unusual dosing schedules (e.g., every 30 hours)

Cons

Lack of updates and support, leading to compatibility issues with newer Android versions
No option to delete or archive old entries, resulting in sluggish performance
Limited customization options, such as the absence of dark mode and inability to modify widget displays
Occasional data entry errors, such as missing records or crashes when restoring backups
Lack of reminders or alerts that can only be set manually instead of automatically

Exactly what I needed! It does what it says: logs pills (or I suppose anything else you want to track, since the user is completely in charge). And can have an alert when it's time for another one. Not many "extra" features, but I consider that a good thing, since it's one of the few apps that hasn't turned into giant bloatware with loud full screen ads constantly being thrown in my face. It just calmly does the job I need it to do. Brilliant!

Abandonware, and that's a pity as it's not a bad app. But no dark mode, almost a dealbreaker on its own, and no audible or haptic confirmation when you hit the widget on taking a dose. The widget shows the first couple of letters of the med's name and that's all. Reminder sound does work.
