Recent reviews

Bought a Telepass Grab&Go device in Italy, expecting to be able to use right away after setting it up in the app. But it takes several days (up to 15 according to Telepass) to activate if you use the app for the first time. That's not Grab&Go at all! In addition, the registration is quite complicated including photographing an ID document - credit card and car registration number should be enough.

I wanted to park Florence, but cannot use this app as I have a rental car and don't have the "Grab&go" device which costs 15€ to activate. And I cannot use the "Sempre" subscription as it requires an Italian tax ID. Poor experience for a foreign tourist
