User Reviews

Users report a generally positive view of the app's potential and product quality, but the Android app Next: Fashion & Homeware suffers from frequent reliability and usability issues. The most mentioned problems are slow/unstable performance, widespread payment errors or unconfirmed transactions, and difficulties viewing or selecting items (including broken navigation and filters). Wishlist/favorites often fail or reset, exacerbating shopping friction during sales. Some users also encounter issues after updates or during login/registration, plus customer service feedback is poor. Pros include perceived product quality, efficiency, and desire for a loyalty program.

Pros

Good product quality and efficient app performance
Positive overall sentiment about the app (e.g., 'Great apps', 'love this app')
Potential value from a loyalty program
App is useful for shopping

Cons

Severe performance and stability problems: slow, unresponsive, loading, or can’t open the app
Payment processing problems: card declines, errors, and payments deducted without resolution
Difficulty viewing or selecting items: cannot click to view, item details missing, filters/sorting not working
Favourites wishlist instability: favourites disappear, are disabled during sales, or get repeatedly cleared
Bugs after updates: new app updates cause crashes or do not work
