2024-06-07	Al*****	Wanted to give the app at try to see if I could get a better insurance quote however the app would log me out every time I tried to open the app. Made the app completely unusable and could never tell if the app was actually recording my driving or not as they do not show trips like drivescore does.

2023-08-21	Mi*****	I dont usually leave reviews! My first year was amazing they charged me £870 for car insurance. When I went to renew my renewal quote was over £2500 and mind you I had no claims no accidents no black box, no reason for them to increase it. When I asked why it had almost trippled they said they had been taken over by new underwriters, was a huge let down if im honest! You won't save 40% anymore! You have got no positive feedback since the new underwriters last year....

2023-07-13	Sh*****	Absolute waste of time and to not be able to be given a quote at the end. Always recording a journey sat at home. The app keeps saying your doing well keep driving. How can you keep driving when you don't need too or when you do the test gives you no data or explanation. Do not use at all...

2022-10-28	Se*****	Great in theory but it doesn't work as intended. My bar for distracted driving is about 30% however I have literally never touched my phone whilst driving. I frequently a passenger in other people's cars and I suspect the app cannot differentiate the two. Approximately 70-80% of my mileage is also on the motorway however the road type bar is about 50%. Developed surely understand that you have to drive to the motorway right? You can't just start there... Great idea, it just isn't accurate

2022-10-25	Ja*****	Had the app for several weeks, did the test drive but never received a quote. Don't waste your time. Edit: 5 months later I got an email with my quote. It was more than 2x the cost of what I was offered by a competitor months ago! What a joke. Also not sure why they are emailing me as I clearly deleted the app months ago so they shouldn't still be storing my details...

2022-09-25	Ja*****	Awful experience with this app got a quote a couple of months ago for a really good price and then when I tried to buy a policy the quote jumped up for 130 a month to over 400 and my score said I was a distracted driver always being on my phone which was not the case I am a delivery drive and I always use my satnav and music apps and they log this in the app as you being on your phone. Could definitely be improved. Going to lose a lot of customers for this flaw.

However after a 3 week test drive I had to nag to receive my quote, which I was then told they couldn't offer me a quote even though my results were "perfect". In fact, the only insurance they could offer me was for a vehicle with half the engine size of my current for more money. Also always experiencing technical issues.

2022-09-16	Ke*****	Rubbish. If using your phone sat nav or Spotify when driving, it counts it as "distracted driving" and thinks you're on your phone. Marked for speeding when I consistently use a speed limiter so it's not physically possible for me to go over the limit, either it's not calibrated to measure speed accurately or has the wrong speed limits for roads. Also takes significantly longer to log driving hours than it states; over 400 miles done in 3 weeks and it still says I haven't done enough miles.

Took me 24hrs on and off to get as far as entering my car registration before I deleted in frustration over the constant whirring of loading sign. Progress wasn't saved so had to restart every time and deal with the loading with every selection. Not worth the wait.
