The app is horribly designed and crashes most of the time time. Now, you need to change your password with an authenticator, but that doesn't work either. I have contacted the help desk several times but the problem persists. The app has biometric identification. That being the case, why the need to constantly change your password. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of biometric identification? Nothing this company does is good. A complete nightmare dealing with them.
