2022-03-08	Kr*****		They are not cost-efficient as what they are advertising. They don't value their customer's time and effort. They don't go for an extra mile to assist their customers. They have rescheduled the pick up of my parcels without my consent. I have been running around the area just to look for a printer because they cannot print the postage labels. It is so ironic that their company's name does not suit the service they are offering.
