Geekee Support is the companion app for businesses supported by Geekee. It gives your team a direct line to IT help and lets our technicians resolve problems quickly — wherever you are.

What you can do

Raise IT requests in seconds — new starters, leavers, access changes and general support — and track each one from submitted through to completed.
See the status of every request, with a clear activity history.
Start a live remote support session when you need hands-on help, so a Geekee technician can see your screen and walk you through a fix.


Remote support, on your terms
Remote sessions only ever run when you start one and a technician joins. You choose when to share your screen, and screen sharing uses Android's own permission prompt. If you also allow remote control, the technician can perform taps and swipes to carry out steps for you — but only after you confirm an in-app notice explaining it, and only while the session is active. You can stop sharing or end the session at any time.

About permissions


Screen capture is used solely to show your screen to the connected technician during a session you started. Nothing is recorded or stored.
The Accessibility service is used solely to let the technician perform taps and text entry during a session, with your consent. It is not an accessibility tool and is never active outside a session.
