OMG. I cannot believe how terrible this 'app' is. Its like the UI is incorrectly connected to the back end. And each layer is poorly designed, overly complex, bug ridden. The Website is just as bad. Activating a SIM card: awful experience. Topping up a data only SIM card: painful. Credit added but cannot be spent. Cannot see payments, invoices, statements. Initially, I spoke with the support team... very helpful! Be kind to them. Its systemic.
