EarlyFinish

EarlyFinish is the all-in-one app for UK sole-trader electricians. It does the whole job — the certificate, the invoice, the expenses and the diary — so the paperwork is finished on site, before you pull away.

Most cert apps stop at the PDF. EarlyFinish keeps going: photograph the board and the BS 7671 certificate fills itself, then raise the VAT invoice straight off the sign-off, take payment with a card link, and let next year's re-inspection book itself. One app, one flat price — instead of a separate cert app, invoicing app and expense tracker that never talk to each other.

WHAT IT DOES
• Certificates on the BS 7671 model forms — EICR, EIC and Minor Works. Photograph the consumer unit and the circuit schedule, board details and supply intake fill themselves. The Zs, R1+R2, RCD/RCBO and C1/C2/C3/FI logic is checked as you go, so the obvious slips are caught before you sign.
• UK VAT invoicing — one tap from the signed cert to a proper VAT invoice with a card pay link, and tidy sequential invoice numbering.
• Expenses — photograph a receipt and the total, date, supplier and VAT read themselves in, ready to export for your Self Assessment.
• Diary — book jobs, start a cert straight from a booking, and get the re-inspection auto-booked the moment you sign off, so you never lose the repeat job.
• Works offline — on the tools with no signal, in a loft or a basement. Everything saves and syncs when you're back on data.

YOU STAY IN CONTROL
Every AI-read value is shown with its confidence and confirmed by you before you sign — it's a draft that does the donkey work, not a black box. Your certs and invoices are yours: export them as PDF any time, including after you cancel. No per-user charges, no lock-in.

BUILT FOR THE ONE-VAN FIRM
No team seats you don't need, no enterprise faff — just certs, invoices and expenses that get finished on site so your evenings are yours.
