I had no problem paying the 5 or 6 bucks a mont h for this app especially because I was so desperate for help and couldn't find any decent resources in my area. There were times where I would have given this app five stars and then there were times where they failed me grievously even though I was paying. So although they were the best and only help I got and I'm very grateful, I also think there were times where they added hurt. I believe if you can't find real help in real life that this is ok
