CMP Club Admin

CMP Club Admin puts your club's membership register in your pocket.

It is the companion app to Club Management Portal, the administration system used by UK social clubs, working men's clubs, sports and welfare clubs. If your club already uses the portal, this app lets committee members and administrators handle the register without sitting down at a computer.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Search the register by name or membership number
• See a member's contact details, membership type, status and join date
• Add a new member, including proposer and seconder where your club
requires them
• Find an address by postcode instead of typing it out
• Update an existing member's details

Sign in with the same account you use on the Club Management Portal website. Your access in the app matches your access on the website exactly: if your club has not given you permission to manage members, the app is read-only. Nothing is unlocked by installing it.

WHO IT IS FOR

Club secretaries, membership secretaries, committee members and anyone else your club has given administrator access. It is not for club members themselves.

YOU NEED AN ACCOUNT

This app requires an existing Club Management Portal account at a club that has enabled the admin app. It is not a general-purpose app and cannot be used without one. If your club does not use Club Management Portal yet, visit clubmanagement.cloud.

PRIVACY

No advertising. No tracking. Member details belong to your club, and the app only shows what your permissions allow.
