Great during unsosoialable hours not so good in rush hour like school hours or between 5 and 6pm

The app generally works well, but lately it's been cancelling bookings randomly, or reassigning drivers after they've been dispatched, leading to waits of up to 20 minutes after the booking time in non busy periods.

Easy app to use, very handy for tracking your driver so you're not waiting outside unnecessarily in the cold. Prepaying by adding my card is very convenient as I rarely carry cash anymore. They're the only taxi service I use.
